Facility Management and Beautification Directorate (FMBD) are one of the Directorates established under the Business and Development Vice President Office at Hawassa University. FMBD is expected to gather information related to campus beautification and landscape and then plan and implement for the improvement of the campus environment.
The main activities of this office are providing and managing different services like classrooms, housing, telephone, water, electricity, cleaning, gardening, beautification and other related services.

FMBD exists to work towards landscaping, sewage management, facilitating classrooms for teaching and learning process, cleaning service and follow-up for utility payment.
