One of the processes that have undertaken Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) at Hawassa University is Procurement & Property Management (PPM) Process.

PPM Process is supposed to procure goods, services and works of the work unites and property handle the properties of the university after securing capital and recurrent budget

from the Government and other sources.

According, the PPM Process has been re-engineering to meet the needs of customers and drastically change the manner of doing jobs. Thus, use of performance models like BSC (Balanced Score Card) and goal setting in universities especially in PPM Directorate is one important means for achieve the BPR process.
