- Coordinator of BOWCYA-III (Bureau of Women, Children and Youth Affairs) Project: The youth development package implementation and impact assessment project between 2013 and 2014.
- Coordinator of Norwegian Institutional support project (NORAD-III) to Ethiopia since March 2011 to present.
- Involved in drafting NORAD-IV project (2014-2018): An academic partnership for sustainable land management and improved livelihoods of the rural poor communities in the Rift Valley and arid highlands of Ethiopian.\
- Supervisor of Norwegian Program for Capacity Development in Higher Education and Research for Development (NORHED) project since 2013 to present.
