A Medium of Instruction letter is a document that confirms the language of instruction used throughout your degree program. It should be issued by the registrar office of the university. The university registrar gives this letter only for the Hawassa University graduates. To get the medium of instruction from the registrar office you need to have

• Your “To whom it may concern” letter of your graduation or “Temporary certificate of graduation” or “Original Degree”
• Service fee receipt.
