Hawassa University, Wondo Genet College of Forestry and Natural Resources would like to announce a call for paper of finalized research for the annual national research conference on “Forestry and Natural Resource Management for Sustainable Development”.
Therefore, the College warmly invites researchers to submit abstracts in any of the following themes.
Theme I: Forestry and Agroforestry
Theme II: Natural Resource Management
Theme III: Wildlife and Ecotourism Management

The abstract submission should include: Title, Author name, affiliation, email & phone number.
- Please include the theme of your abstract
- The abstract should contain 250-300 words, Times New Roman (12 pts.), 4-5 keywords
- Abstract and full length paper should be submitted in word (DOCX) form only
- Deadline for abstract submission January 30/2024
- Notification of the selected abstracts February 15/2024
- The Conference will be held on March 14/2024
- Only selected abstracts will be communicated.
