የሀዋሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2014 ዓ/ም በመደበኛዉ መርሀ ግብር በተለያዩ የትምህርት መስኮች በሁለተኛ ዲግሪ እና በሶስተኛ ዲግሪ እንዲሁም በእረፍት ቀን በሁለተኛ ዲግሪ ተማሪዎች ተቀብሎ ማስተማር ይፈልጋል፡፡
የማመልከቻ መስፈርቶች
- ለሁለተኛ ዲግሪ አመልካቾች ከታወቀ ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋም በተመሳሳይ ወይም በተዛማጅ የትምህርት መስክ የመጀመሪያ ድግሪ ያለዉ/ያላት
- ለሶስተኛ ዲግሪ አመልካቾች ከታወቀ ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋም በተመሳሳይ ወይም በተዛማጅ የትምህርት መስክ ሁለተኛ ድግሪ ያለዉ/ያላት
- አግባብነት ካላቸዉ ተቋማት 3 የድጋፍ ደብዳቤዎች ማቅረብ የሚችል/የምትችል
- ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ የሚያወጣዉን የመግቢያ ፈተና ማለፍ የሚችል/የምትችል
- ቀደም ሲል ከተማሩበት የትምህርት ተቋም ኦፊሺያል ትራስክሪፕት ማስላክ የሚችል/የምትችል
- አግባብነት ካላቸዉ ተቋማት የስራ ልምድ ማቅረብ የሚችል/የምትችል
ማሳሰቢያ፡-
- ምዝገባው የሚከናወነው በኦላይን ብቻ ሲሆን ምንም አይነት ማስረጃ በአካል ይዞ በመቅረብ ማስገባት አይቻልም፡፡
- አመልካቾች ከሐምሌ 15-30 /2013 ዓ.ም የማመልከቻ ፎርሙን በዩኒቨርስቲው ድረገጽ (https://portal.hu.edu.et) አካውንት በመፍጠር አስፈላጊዎችን መረጃዎችን መሙላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል።
- አመልካቾች የንግድ ባንክ ቁጥር 1000013481788 በመጠቀም የማመልከቻ ክፍያ ማለትም ለሁለተኛ ዲግሪ አመልካቾች 250 ብር ለሶስተኛ ዲግሪ አመልካቾች 1000 ብር መክፈል ይጠበቅባቸል።
- ክፍያዎትን ካጠናቀቁ በኋላ ወደ ማመልከቻ ፎርሙ በመመለስ ፒዲኤፍ (PDF) ፎርማት የተለወጠ የትምህርት ማስረጃዎትን፣ ባንክ የከፈሉበትን ደረሰኝ እንዲሁም ለቀን መርሃ ግብር የትምህርት ወጪዎን /Sponsorship/ የሚሸፍንልዎት የመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት ከሆነ የተፈረመበትና ማህተም የተደረገበት ፎርም እና ሌሎች መረጃዎችን በማከልና በማማያዝ ምዝገባዎትን ማጠናቀቅ ይኖርብዎታል፡፡
- የመግቢያ መስፈርቱን የሚያሟሉ አመልካቾ ከተማሩበት ተቋም ኦፊሺያል ትራስክሪፕታቸዉ ወደ ዩንቨርሲቲዉ ሬጅስትራርና አሉምናይ ጉዳዮች ዳይሬክቶሬት ማስላክ የሚጠበቅባቸው ሲሆን በምዝገባ ወቅት ኦፊሻል ትራንስክሪፕት ካልደረሰ መመዝገብ አይችሉም
- የመግቢያ ፈተና የሚሰጥበት ቀን ነሀሴ 17/ 2013 ዓ.ም በየኮሌጆቹ ይሆናል፡፡
- ለበለጠ መረጃ የትምህርት መስኮቹን ዝርዝር ከዩኒቨርሲቲዉ የድረ-ገጽና ከማስታወቂያ ሰሌዳዎች መመልከት ይቻላል፡፡
- በመደበኛ ፕሮግራም በመንግስት ተቋማት እስፖነሰር የሚደረግ አመልካች የትምህርት ወጪው ዩኒቨርስቲው በሚጠይቀው የክፍያ መጠን መሰረት በየሴሚስተሩ በምዝገባ ወቅት ክፈያው መፈጸም ይኖርበታል።
- የተማሪዎች ቁጥር ከመቀበል አቅም በታች (ዝቅተኛ) ከሆነ የትምህርት ፕሮግራሞች የማይከፈቱ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡
