Registration for Graduate Admission Test (GAT) Tutorials

The School of Graduate Studies of Hawassa University would like to provide tutorial sessions for GAT to all interested applicants.

Dear Prospective Masters and PhD study applicants,
It is important to note that we previously announced our intention to provide tutorials to prepare you for the Graduate Admission Test (GAT) at Hawassa University and pursue your graduate studies. Hence, we are pleased to inform you that registration for the Graduate Admission Test (GAT) Tutorial at HU is now open.

You have the flexibility to register either in person or online.

Registration Requirements:
1. Payment Receipt: Please, ensure you have a receipt showing a payment of 200 birr deposited into CBE account number 1000013481788.
2. Full Name

How to Register:
1. Face-to-Face Registration:
o Face-to-face registration will commence immediately after the completion of the Grade 12 national exams.
o Visit the School of Graduate Studies during regular working hours after the completion of the Grade 12 national exams
o Bring along your payment receipt, full name, and department details.

2. Online Registration:
o Online registration starts immediately.

o Include your full name and department in the body of the email.
o Attach a scanned copy or clear photo of the 200 birr payment receipt.
